Shipping
Tenebraex products are built to order. Please allow 7-10 days for our production team to create the product(s) for your order once the order has been placed. We use a variety of shipping carries to fulfill orders. All Tenebraex orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive communications from the shipping carrier on the status of your order once it has shipped.
Please note, our international shipping options, including our free shipping options, do not cover duties and import tax. These are border fees charged on cross-border shipments by the country in which you reside. They are often collected by the carrier.
We are unable to ship to U.S P.O Boxes.
We sometimes also have issues with availability of shipping options to your location. If you believe that you qualify to order from this store, but no shipping options exist please contact us at sales@armament.com. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us at sales@tenebraex.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Tenebraex Warranty
Beyond it’s 30 day return policy, Tenebraex warrants to the original purchaser that the goods shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. Any warranty claim must be made in writing and delivered to the Manufacturer no later than fifteen (15) days after the expiration of such warranty period.
THE FOREGOING ARE IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FIT-NESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY OTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF TENEBRAEX.
Tenebraex’s sole and exclusive liability will be to repair, replace or at Tenebraex’s sole discretion, credit buyer’s account with respect to any non-conforming goods returned to Tenebraex during the applicable warranty period set forth above, upon the following conditions:
Warranty Returns & Repairs: Goods may not be returned for repair or otherwise without a repair authorization number. To obtain a repair authorization number, please fill out and submit the RMA Request form on Tenebraex’s website: https://tenebraex.com/pages/rma-request. Goods Returned Without Authorization Will Not Be Accepted. Goods sent without prior written authorization numbers will be refused and returned freight collect to the sender.
IN NO EVENT WILL TENEBRAEX BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES, INDEMNITIES AND PATENT INFRINGEMENTS, SUCH EXCLUDED DAMAGES TO INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR INFORMATION, LOSS OF USE OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to Buyer.
